"Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et avons de nouveau été très satisfaits. Nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement pratique sur la route vers Madrid, tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Vitoria. "Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. Decoration is a bit antique, classic Roman style.
However, the site says it has an elevator and that is not the case. There is no elevator in either building. The main building only has a wheelchair rail.
The room had a very nice view. Bed was comfortable and pillows are ok. The tub is very small and we found hairs in our towels
The location is great. 5 min walk from the main square. The Parking garage that they have the discount with is also 3 mins from...
