"What an absolutely perfect place for a ten-day stay in Berlin! Our room was lovely and clean and the staff was so very friendly and helpful We were here for Wagner’s Ring cycle at The Deutsche Oper so the location was ideal. The rooftop pool was beautiful and refreshing. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the baked goods from the Wilmina bakery next door were delicious. I highly recommend a stay at this jewel of a small hotel!"

"The rooms are basic but functionally though there is little-to-no sound-proofing so if you have loud neighbors… The breakfast is not worth adding but the Einstein staff are very friendly. You will have to pay for room cleaning unless you have a week or longer stay but fresh towels and other stuff is available. My room code stopped working one night but the cleaning staff helped me out and casting to the TV really doesn’t work."

"This was a great choice for a hotel and I loved the neighborhood it was in. The transit is just down the block, and there's plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a laundromat and some small markets. The room itself was large and clean. We did not have a fridge in the room and the beds are small, but anyone who has traveled to Europe knows this is standard. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Trotz dass die Unterkunft recht neu ist, war das Zimmer recht abgewohnt. Das größte Problem war allerdings, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, durch die große Fensterfront war es bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur im Raum unerträglich. Wir haben die Mitarbeiter informiert, bis zur Abreise wurde das Problem nicht behoben und behauptet die Anlage würde funktionieren, was sie aber eindeutig nicht hat."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war top. Leider war die Toilette verschmutzt, was alles andere als einladend war. Deswegen wollten wir nicht genauer bei der weiteren Einrichtung im Bad bzw. beim Bett nachschauen. Die Freundlichkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten war dann das Frühstück gut und mit viel Auswahl. Für Berlin und in der Lage waren wir enttäuscht."

"Spätes Einchecken über Schlüsselkasten kein Problem, Haus hat Persönlichkeit, bedarf aber bereits im Treppenbereich einer starken Auffrischung, Einzelzimmer funktionell ohne besonderen Komfort, Bad ohne Heizung, Dusche sollte erneuert werden, Frühstück ok, im Zimmer ab 7 Uhr angegeben, wurde langsam bestückt, Nachfragen werden schwer verstanden ... hatte während meines Aufenthaltes keinen Kontakt zur Rezeption, Zeiten 11-20 Uhr. Verkehrsgünstig in Nähe Kurfürstendamm gelegen."

"Communication. Life was not working the entire time. No note from GeneralManager. No gesture to guests to apologise. When looking under bed this morning for something I had lost found drink tins from sine previous guests… very shabby."

"I stayed for a mid-week for DMEA 2026 in the Messe, my dog accompanied me. The room on the 6th floor was somewhat "petite" but functional with a working kitchenette (microwave/grill only, no stove, and a fridge with no freezer compartment but otherwise okay). The room had a lot of daylight, which was nice. The area around Charlottenburg is wonderful. The Nextbike rental bike solution was brilliant. All in all, great value for money, I'd come back here."

"Sehr gutes Hotel. Zentral gelegen Nähe S-Bahn, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß und mit gefülltem Kühlschrank ausgestattet, der täglich wieder nachgefüllt wird. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Zur Begrüßung wurde diesmal leider kein Champagner angeboten und bei der Endabrechnung gab es auch kleinere Probleme. Ansonsten alles top."
