"Everything was perfect, staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Everything we needed was near by. The area is quiet at night. Some might say too quiet. But perfectly located 5 mins train stop. "

We had an issue with our air conditioner not working our first night, and was a little frustrated how long it took to get someone to look at it (request investigation five times), we then moved to the room next door and it was fine. Other than that the rooftop is gorgeous with great views and pool. We loved the artifacts on the first floor and the rooms were especially large (in comparison to Lisbon and Madrid)....
