"We loved our room and check-in was relatively simple. We would have preferred someone onsite to greet us and provide information in person, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable."

"I did not have time for breakfast. Mariella was a great host: receptionist was very welcoming. I enjoyed the quiet time before my flight. I did lose a boots I might contact Mariella to send money to send me the boat I lost if she has it: but great stay and location in Palermo"

"This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"
