"I booked my stay last minute due to flight issues and had a lovely night. The hotel was clean, well appointed and close to the airport. The staff was very friendly, picked me up and dropped me back off at the airport, and even provided breakfast earlier than normal to ensure I had something to eat before my continued travels. "The staff was excellent. As a group, the nicest staff I have ever experienced. The room was extraordinarily clean. Location was excellent near the cathedral. Lots of motorbikes but with the windows closed not much of an issue. Plus the food in Parma is better than the food where you are including the breakfast at the hotel which was a feast of Sicilian fruits and charcuterie. "

"They were very kind and helpful because my neighbor got locked out of their apartment because they accidentally left their key in there and I called the owner and he came promptly. Very good property. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Italy."

Det var national ferietid, så der var fest i byen med den støj, man kan forvente. Dog er sicilianerne meget glade for larnende motorcykler og kører i bil til alt og hele tiden.
