"The room size was adequate and the location acceptable, but unfortunately several aspects of our stay were disappointing. Breakfast was offered for €8 per person, but the quality did not justify the price. The options were extremely limited: a coffee, two slices of ham, a croissant placed on a tray, and a small slice of lemon cake. "Really good for me as a single traveller. Flexible late check in , lift and all good. I had a small single room at good price which was adequate for me for 1 night. Just take note the shower was very small, for me of medium build just OK but if you are larger possibly look at room details for your requirements. The staff are probably one of the best features."

"Nice place, good location, very clean. Only issue are the 2 gates after dark, all gates are locked and sometimes when you buzz - no staff answers. There is no walk in access except via one of the two gates. Wifi in our room was not good but we barely spent any time there except sleeping."

"A LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator) Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work! Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people. Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over road…. We then discovered they have NO coffee...

"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."

"The hotel is in a great location. The directions for how to drive to it could perhaps be clarified a bit, with some more specificity on where to arrive close to the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast, and we were able to party in the lounge with our friends (traveling companions). A truly delightful hotel in a bustling part of town!"
