"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."

"Location was excellent - close to major sites, restaurants, shops, and about a 10 minute walk to train station. The property manager, Alyn, was very responsive, kind, and helpful. No front desk but communication via WhatsApp went well. Breakfast staff was nice too. Breakfast was very good - enough options to start the day with the option to have breakfast in your room or in communal area. You choose breakfast options the night before and leave the information outside the door. Note about...
