"The rooms are a bit tired and a bit smaller than I had expected, but very clean and the staff was very cordial. The pool area was nice and not too small with a bar scene after about 4. The beach was lovely and the attendants were great at getting you set up. We really enjoyed our stay and could see this is a very family friendly resort! Our last day had many kids arrive so we were happy to be leaving but we're old!!

"Everything was excellent starting the night we arrived , our flight in was late and hotel called to be sure we were still coming and made arrangements to get us in our room after hours . Friendliest people youve ever met , room with kitchen was spotless and awesome , pool right outside your door . We loved the carriage house and already planning going back next winter "

"Great hotel to stay at to hang around the beach and the beach area for a few days plenty of dining options from casual meals to fancy meals. The pier is right there to take nice walks on every day in the beach. The hotel is a really nice rooftop bar to hang out. Enjoy the scenery. However, the staff were a little underwhelming had many little snafu as the manager said with my stay, but aside from that great location to stay at. "

"The staff here was AWESOME! Brittany at the front desk was amazing and truly went above and beyond. She was very professional, accommodating, and kind.
We loved the outdoor pool space especially! It was super convenient to be able to order food and drinks from the restaurant while relaxing by the pool.
The location was also great- walkable to the pier/beach and some restaurants and stores."

"Room spotless.Pool and Spa were clean. Staff was friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was there were two couples that arrived at the bar fully intoxicated. They sat down next to us and ordered drinks and started to get out of control and loud and obnoxious and ruined my dinner experience and continually bothered me while I was on a call. Isnt it against the law to serve patrons that obviously intoxicated???"
