Staying at The Colony Hotel is easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. This was our second visit in less than a year, and we’re already looking forward to the next.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and completely cared for. A special shoutout to Marina, one of the bartenders, whose bartending skills, warmth, professionalism, and personal touch truly elevate each visit.
Equally impressive was Phillip at the front desk, who provided us with a wealth of information about the property and even helped us start planning our next stay. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made a lasting impression. Joy, another front desk team member, welcomed us with genuine kindness at check-in and ensured we felt right at home throughout our entire stay.
The beach service is easy, comfortable, and handled by friendly staff who take care of everything. The hotel’s complimentary car service made getting around Palm Beach effortless, with drivers who were prompt and helpful.
Dining at The Colony is another standout. The Pink Paradise Café and Swifty’s both serve fantastic food in vibrant, stylish settings that capture the charm of Palm Beach.
