"Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, et surtout considérés comme bien plus que de simples clients. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit les yeux fermés...

"We had an amazing stay here, great value for money, the best service I've ever received hands down. Would recommend a trip to Morocco and this hotel to anyone. About 30 mins from the Medina but the shuttle service is reliable and free just need to book it in advance. The main restaurant has lots of choice and good food, great service you'll not think much about eating out. The two other restaurants were also very nice, I'd try all of them if you stay for a week. Pool area is great, lots of activities run by the staff who are good fun and keep everyone entertained during the day and at night around the pool bar. All inclusive drinks were very good, a few beer and wine options and about 15 cocktails to choose from. We took full advantage of this. The hot oil massage at the spa is worth a go."

"Very friendly staff. The food was good and the evening entertainment was good fun. I was disappointed at the golf club though. Whilst the course itself was a reasonable challenge, the pro shop was poorly stocked with little size options other than small and ladies. The club's I hired were also not premium as advertised, instead they were a mixed bag from different brands and ladies clubs. Plus, they were all at least 15 years old."

Their attention to detail was remarkable; they remembered my preferred drinks and were always ready to assist with anything we needed, whether at the bar or in our room. Their outstanding customer service exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable experience."

"We stayed 4 nights/5 days at this hotel in August. Such a lovely staff, a very nice room, good food and a beautiful poolside area. It was quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is located a bit outside the city center. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool, and the staff was helpful with everything we asked for. It was never a problem no matter what. As this is a smaller boutiqe hotel, we felt almost like family during our stay, as the staff was so easy going, but still very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech."

"It’s a beautiful place, the resort is modern with old traditional touches. The staff was gracious and hard working and made sure we had everything we needed. They provide free shuttles into the city centre every day. The only downside is that the dinner choices are very limited and twice the price of most places in town."

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."
