"When we arrived the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. That was the first thing I noticed and was happy about. Then we headed to our room. First issue, as we walked from the pool deck to the doors that go into the hotel where our room was it reeked of urine, most likely from dogs. Even though they have signs for dogs not to pee on the artificial grass you could tell that is what it has been used for. Spray it down with some kind of neutralizer to get rid of the smell.
