Khách sạn Palm Springs North

"great stay"

"I decided this is the last time I’m going to stay at this property. As silly as it sounds every time I come to check into these rooms they are freezing. I know it’s South Florida but the room is just way too cold set at 60°. The room that we had this time had a very old and didn’t bathroom and the hot water took roughly 10 minutes to become hot. The property is tired and needs some work."

"Was great"

"Pros: The entire stay was wonderful. Good options for breakfast and amenities were good. Cons: The only complaint is the staff during breakfast not very welcoming."

"Muy buen servicio"

"We stay here so we could be close to the cruise ship. They offered shuttle services. The rooms are nice & clean the staff was very helpful."

"Highlights: great shuttle service, staff were good and accommodating. Improvements: AC was dripping water and drenched the carpet, the bathroom was clogged, no maintenance was done while we were there though the sink thankfully unclogged. Never got housekeeping though we asked for it when we stayed more than two nights. Laundry wasn’t working. Pool smelled. Stains on the couches in our room. Parking was narrow and few availability."

"10/10"

"The location was very convenient, the room was clean, and the property was very nice."

"Fine for a quick stay"

"The Mall was walking distance, very convenient"

"The bedding and bathrooms were clean. The carpet and flooring was disgustingly filthy. I walked across the carpet after drying off from a shower. I went to put my socks on and noticed my feet were already black. I had to get a washcloth to clean my feet again before putting on socks and shoes. It turned the washcloth black. The carpet and floors were actually sticky to walk across. Bar and restaurant service was slow."
