"Rooms were spacious and clean."

"I really like the hotel because it was so close to the airport. I will say it is a very independent hotel like for example you have to ASK for room cleaning and you have to take your own bags to your room but its a nice clean hotel. All in all we had a great time and the pool was awesome."

"Irish bar on the corner a huge hit. Felt like walking into Miami version of “ Cheers”. Staff friendly, shuttle van timely. Hotel emergency kit needs an update. One of our group needed an aspirin for a scary incident but none available to buy or give."

"Do not stay at the Pullman Hotel- BEWARE! We had a paid room reservation and we’re turned away, saying they oversold in our room was not available. We were not the only ones there were other people that they turned away, saying they did not have a room for them. One couple had booked their hotel in September 2025 and this is May 2026. THE HOTEL DID NOT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE US ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY JUST DID NOTHING!! By the time we were looking for rooms. It was after midnight so we could not book...

"This place was amazing, very close to downtown but still far enough that is quiet and a walking distance from the grocery store. The staff were great and the place was always clean. The breakfast was constantly being changed to maintain its freshness. I have no complaints would definitely visit again "
