"Clogged sink, clogged shower tub and room air conditioner not working properly. Carpet look old, honestly they need to renovate whole building . I booked this Hotel through Expedia and paid in full for the month of Jan. 2026. But when I check in to the Hotel, that was month of May, one of the front desk customer service put me on standby list # 20. Wow what a service? He doesn’t know his job. Lucky a supervisor helped me to straighten the problem."

"Decent spot. Was only there one night after a cruise. Close to many places to eat/shop near. Shuttle to airport was nice. Spot across the street was nicer as I stayed there before the cruise. This place was a little more dated, but served its purpose."

"El personal encargado en el hotel debería estar mas atento con la orientación del desayuno debería por lo menos avisar donde obtener aunque el huésped lo rechase luego pero deberian avisar parese que no tienen costumbre de hacer esto o quizás solo lo que brindan es cafe y olvidan que personas y niños que esperan algo mas en ese incluido o mejor especificar realmente lo que significa ese desayuno incluido uno espera ver 🍞 huevos refresco leche eso sería un desayuno o quizás me equivoque...

"Convenient location. Enjoyed the indoor pool. The gym was small. The shuttle was the highlight. It arrived a few minutes after I contacted the hotel. And took me back to the airport right at the requested time."

"We stayed here overnight prior to embarking on our first cruise. Everything about our stay was effortless. We got in pretty late and the gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even helped us arrange for affordable transport to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again for our future cruises leaving from Miami."
