The hotel leans heavily into a very industrial, minimalistic design—concrete walls, exposed ceilings, and a stark aesthetic. "Irish bar on the corner a huge hit. Felt like walking into Miami version of “ Cheers”. Staff friendly, shuttle van timely. Hotel emergency kit needs an update. One of our group needed an aspirin for a scary incident but none available to buy or give."

"Do not stay at the Pullman Hotel- BEWARE! We had a paid room reservation and we’re turned away, saying they oversold in our room was not available. We were not the only ones there were other people that they turned away, saying they did not have a room for them. One couple had booked their hotel in September 2025 and this is May 2026. THE HOTEL DID NOT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE US ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY JUST DID NOTHING!! By the time we were looking for rooms. It was after midnight so we could not book...

"Great customer service. The people are nice and friendly. The front desk lady let us check in early because our flight arrived at 8 AM so she checked us in at noon. The cleaning lady brought new towels daily to our room. The area is very convenient and nice with restaurants and things to do. I got lucky and did not intentionally booked this room, but I was less than 2 miles from all my scheduled events for the weekend that I was attending. "
