We stayed in the room #1526, ocean front view and balcony were nice. Old, untidy carpet and tiles. Bath tub with rust and no shower curtain. Only handheld shower, because the shower head mount is non adjustable and installed so it’s facing the opposite wall, not down.

The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge.

Everything was over all great, but I hated how slow the pool service was and how they cut the size down of the chairs for whatever reason there were a little places to sit and enjoy the pool
