"Had high expectations but was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Wanted to check in at 4:00pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:20. The robes were dirty and had to be replaced. There was no shampoo and not trash can liners except a large garbage bag. Given there are only 7 rooms at the hotel, so as mentioned thought they’d be more attentive. Also found out they do not offer any food or drinks. Best part was the pool and the hotel was quiet. "

"Lovely,Unit 56, towards the back of property away from the main street, right next to one of the many pools on site to guests. Had 2 bathrooms in unit and plenty of space for more people to day comfortably.. We didn’t use the site amenities like the pool, sauna, or tennis courts, but all looked lovely and well maintained as we walked past them a few times to get to main entrance for Lyft pick ups. They let us extend our check out time by an hour w/ a quick call to the desk. Great location...

"A perfect spot for couples. Perfect location for walking to downtown.We arrived early (1-1/2 hrs) before the 3pm check-in. The woman at the front desk was rather rude about ABSOLUTELY no early check-in. We came back after 3pm and had a different person check us in and show us around.She was delightful. We loved our room on the ground floor; it was spacious. "

"What an adorable place! My husband and I really enjoyed it! Definitely a gem!! Has a relaxed, down to earth & relaxed vibe which we loved. Staff was as sweet as can be and the guests we met were awesome too! Breakfast was served in the shared community kitchen. Would have loved to have some fruit though. No protein offered besides yogurt but still still great because many places don’t even offer breakfast. We sat out by the pool to eat our bagels, yogurt, and coffee. Everything was amazing at...

"I was disappointed about the hotel check in because when I arrived at 10pm and there was no staff at the check in counter for like 20 min. I waited and told the front desk guy that I had been waiting for a while, he DIDNT even apologized and said it was not that long he was away from the desk. What kind of customer service is that. Terrible!!! And the hotel towers are very old and rough."

"We had such an amazing stay at Drift Palm Springs this weekend. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, but the pool area truly stands out.
