"I liked the quick ck-in, the clean Room and the bar and food svc at the pool. We started going to Palm Cyn Resort because of the pool slides for the kids. It’s been over 8yrs. It’s our Mothers Day weekend tradition. Since Hilton took over, we hv experienced a remarkable difference. The pools are kept clean. We enjoy our stay with friends and family. We like the amenities in the room and how you offer from studio, to 1,2 and 3 bedroom suites. Never a problem with parking. The Hotel is close to great restaurants. We love the Thursday Main Street fair. It’s fun to see what all the vendors bring. Truly a fun stay."

"Check-in was a breeze.All of the clerks at check-in were polite and friendly. We found the room very clean and very comfortable. Gordon Berry was a great source of information."

"The grounds are beautiful. The resort is on a dead end street so it’s very quiet. It’s close to grocery store, a strip mall with other food and coffee options. It was nice to have it so close especially having a condo to be able to make coffee or cook if you choose to. It is a little dated, but very clean in the pool is great!"

"This little gem is tucked away behind Shrubs and flowers and is just beautiful. The staff was excellent as the breakfast was. Coffee was delicious. The place needs a paint job, a little tweaking here and there for repairs and a safety slide on the doors for night time and security. The door locks are like bathroom door locks!! We are seniors and didn’t love being upstairs. The stairs were problematic for us and this lovely young woman (staff) helped us with luggage. We know for next time to book a room on the ground floor. I’m sorry we didn’t know it advance. Upstairs are for those with younger legs! All in all the visit was lovely and we would return. "

"You get what you pay for! Cockroaches in the room; door seal in terrible shape; very ametaur renovations done previously; no housekeeping done for the full week we stayed here. Go somewhere else if you can."
