2nd time I’ve stayed here, & another great visit, with the added bonus of breakfast buffet being included in the room rate. It’s not especially luxurious, not especially fancy, but if you want to be 10mins from the airport, this hotel is your perfect base, for it’s friendly staff, & all round feel of being somewhere where people care, from cleaners tirelessly working, to front desk who checked me in at 2 in the morning!!

Weekend away

Nice hotel. Breakfast was really good. Room was clear, large, balcony was a good size but a little overlooked by other rooms on each side. Very noisy while the shows were on downstairs but didnt really matter too much. No coffee in rooms. Toiletries were abit basic. Bed was comfy. We stayed 2 nights. We have no complaints, we'd stay again 👌

I needed a hotel close to the airport and this was a great location, and not super pricy either. But also the area around it was super nice for walking around and enjoying the beach. I give it 4/5 in cleanliness, because bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit more, but overall it was great room.

Overall good and the breakfast was great. However, I checked in alone with my twin girls 1.5 year and two strollers, one suitcase and two backpacks while my partner had to run an errand. No one in the reception could be bothered to help me to our room, instead they watched me carry everything myself. To me that is poor service. But beside that we are happy with our stay.

Ideally located close to the beach, bars and shopping and only a short transfer from the airport. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, although somewhat dark and overlooked by properties opposite; it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice.

We stayed at Nautic hotel last time and it was good. This time we ahowed up and they did not have a room for us, so they placed us to Las Arenas hotel near by, it is a sister hotel of Nautic. It was very nice! Food was very good, we had breakfast and dinner. Hotel Las Arenas is updated and very modern. It is about 15 min ride from the airport and close to Palma center. Nice shopping area around with lotsof restaurants. Great stay!

The food was excellent 👌. The stuff was perfect and very friendly. The room was little bit old. The cleaning was not perfect, the take just the surfaces that the people can see. But in the corner or hidden places the cleaning is not so good. The spa in the hotel cost you money. So the only pool wicg is free is very small. The bicycle 🚲 cost you money to hire. In the dinner the drink is not included. Very close to the beach.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were a little tired and worn, not quite up to the standard I was expecting, especially for a 4* hotel. One major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, despite it being said in the hotel description that the rooms were air conditioned. This made the rooms very hot, forcing us to keep the doors open for ventilation. However, this led to a mosquito invasion and loud noise until the very early hours from nearby bars. On the upside, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dining room, on the other hand, left much to be desired. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food was not great. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were friendly and accommodating, trying their best to make our stay enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can address the issues with the rooms and amenities to provide a more pleasant experience for future guests.
