Bonito lugar

El lugar ws estupendo, esta centrico. Muy buena atencion. El bar tiene comida muy buena. Nosotros queriamos hacer la entrada a las 19:00 pero nos llamaron para preguntar y al decir la horas nos avidaron que hasta las 21:00 no podriamos hacerlo. Asi que sin problema dimos un paseo por el bonito pueblo y despues fuimos. Todo estaba limpio, muy buenas instalaciones

Las habitaciones se veían limpias pero son pequeñas,reservamos 3, 2 realmente pequeñas y otra algo más amplia pero poco. La recepción estuvo cerrada los días que estuvimos excepto el viernes que llegamos. Se nos derramó un refresco en una habitación y tuvimos que llamar a un móvil porque no había nadie

Ikke bra ferie på Santa Clara!

Vi skulle ønske oss en rolig ferie i Convento Santa Clara, men det fikk vi ikke opplev. Romme var oppe i restaurant, å restauranten var åpen til kl 02:00 om natta ,videre satt ansatte å snakke lang på natta, helt til 03:30,som vi fikk ikke sove.Også hotelle var leid til arbeidere som kom mitt på natta å feste i gangene. Vi hadde ikke varm vatten , kun første dag. Hotelle har en svommevaseng som var ikke godkjen men at vi kunne bruke med eget ansvar,vatten var ikke bra. Om dagen resesjon var åpen noen timer på formiddag og steng ettermiddag og natta, umulig å få kontak, noen ganger fikk vi svar på telefont men ikke hjelp å få, han i resesjon hørte på oss men ingen ting ble endret. Siste dagen klaget vi igjen, og han sa at vi fikk en overnatting gratis, men dette stemmer ikke vi hadde betalt reise gjennom Hotels.com. Vi har hadd bestandig gode opplevelser med bestillinger gjennom Hotels.com, men dette var ikke bra. Vi ber at dere tar ansvar for dette og at vi kan få refunder dette opphold. El servicio es nulo, el bar está cerrado casi siempre, en la recepción no hay nadie y cuando llegas tienes que llamar por teléfono para que te abran, la puerta que da a la calle Rioseco está siempre cerrada y si quieres llevar las maletas a la puerta con el coche tienes que meterte por una calle de circulación prohibida. Falta de profesionalidad absoluta.

El hotel es muy silencioso

A la llegada al hotel la persona que estaba en recepción, nos informa que el desayuno estaba disponible a partir de las ocho de la mañana, contratado u opcional. Este servicio que ofrece el hotel no se realizó en los días de mí estacia en el hotel del 29 de diciembre al uno de enero. El hotel en general, bien. Gracias

Bonito entorno.!

La experiencia en general buena. El chico de recepción fue muy amable y nos dio muchas indicaciones. La cama es bastante dura y no había secador de pelo en la habitación lo que fue un problema ya que no hay personal en recepción por la noche .

Lugar acogedor, agradable y con encanto

Muy buena experiencia, una habitación muy correcta para el precio, pequeña pero adecuada para una persona. Me llamaron con antelación para confirmar mi hora de llegada y tener el aire acondicionado encendido. La rueda ajuste de temperatura del aire acondicionado tenía rota la cubierta pero se podía utilizar. La habitación tranquile por lo general, pero daba a una calle poco transitada pero se podía escuchar el ruido del tráfico cuando pasaba. Las instalaciones y el jardín donde el restaurante tienen encanto y para ser disfrutadas cuando el calor lo permita. Sin duda tuve una estancia, breve pero muy agradable pese a los detalles menores comentados.
