"Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. "I don’t write negative reviews often but this stay really stood out in a negative way and I want to warn others. The room itself was big, beds comfortable enough, and there was a safe (that didn’t work). The sheets were clean but the comforters were not. The room was clean but in the bathroom I could see foot prints on the floor. "Mucho pelo de los animales dentro de la habitación. Si enciendes ventilador o el aire los pelos aparecen en todos los lados. Era bastante sucia habitación. No hacen buena limpieza . "
