"The actual place looks nothing like the picture. There were no shades for the windows in the 1st room and the bed in the 2nd room was as hard as a rock. So hard we didn't even stay the 2nd day. I mentioned the shade issue to the gentlemen that said he worked there, but no shades for the windows."

"Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO. I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted. The check in directions required that we read them 4-5 times to put all the pieces together. Also the place was advertised as a 2BR. When the check in info came in, it was noted as a one bedroom. "This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....
