"The price was ok because I believe there was the Tulip Festival going on which is why the hotels in the area were so full, - however- We were there early because we had come from the other side of the state for a wedding shower. We were about an hour early for check in so the clerk at the front desk said to come back in an hour because it needed inspection. "I was very disappointed! Hot tub was working but they said "the pool is heated" the pool was colder then the pool room witch was set at 69. Only 2 towels for 4 adults, no regular coffee and the room was very hot so i turned on the air to cool it down and that didn't even work correctly!"

My room was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern and inviting. Breakfast was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. The hotel cleans rooms every other day. Since we didn't need any cleaning service for a few days, we had the do not disturb tag on our door. We then took the tag off the door and even after a couple of days the cleaning staff never came to our room. I notified the hotel desk about it and they had a member of the cleaning team come to our room to clean it. Issue solved!"
