"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property is new, clean, and visually appealing, which made for a comfortable and welcoming stay. My room was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern and inviting. Breakfast was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. "I was very disappointed! Hot tub was working but they said "the pool is heated" the pool was colder then the pool room witch was set at 69. Only 2 towels for 4 adults, no regular coffee and the room was very hot so i turned on the air to cool it down and that didn't even work correctly!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. The hotel cleans rooms every other day. Since we didn't need any cleaning service for a few days, we had the do not disturb tag on our door. We then took the tag off the door and even after a couple of days the cleaning staff never came to our room. I notified the hotel desk about it and they had a member of the cleaning team come to our room to clean it. Issue solved!"

"The price was ok because I believe there was the Tulip Festival going on which is why the hotels in the area were so full, - however- We were there early because we had come from the other side of the state for a wedding shower. We were about an hour early for check in so the clerk at the front desk said to come back in an hour because it needed inspection. We did come back in an hour, at that time we found out that our room was not in the main building but out back in a separate building. I...

"Things they cannot help: it's an old building, with VERY thin walls. We were privy to our neighbors conversations, whether we wanted to be or not. Things they CAN help: Filth and misleading advertising. First our room was filthy. The baseboard was peeling away from the wall, with nails exposed, it had clearly not been even vacuumed (as evidenced by debris and prior customers key card on the floor), the bathtub/shower was moldy and filthy, the door of the fridge was sticky.
