"It was super clean and the room was very nice! Bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were perfect! Breakfast was awesome! Good food and lots of diverse items. The staff lived the friendly code because they were so good about talking to us and helping us find special places to go and things to eat and how to get there! They gave me the BEST vacation ever!!!!"

"First night, our fridge didn't work. Our sheets wete dirty and ripped. They didn't do our rooms until I had to go downstairs and asked. We had little kids so obviously it was hard to keep them quiet and still. We were told to be quiet or we would need to leave. 1st of all they placed us on 3rd floor. Which they knew in advance we had kids ages 1 and 5. We were not the only ones who had kids and or pets. And we never complained because as parents we know its hard to keep kids still or not make...

" there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast"

"Great location a few blocks from the main shopping district of historic Holland , walkable Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue"

"Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...

"I liked my waiter for breakfast. We prepaid as oart of motel cost. He was very courteous. The bathe shower stall in our room could of been cleaner. The hotel looked like it was still under construction/restoration. Pool area was nice. Fitness room smelled and lacked water and cups."
