"It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. "

"The hotel was beautiful and a pleasant surprise. The decor was modern, the rooms were spacious and bed was extremely comfortable, I got a great nights sleep. Staff was friendly and the providing of breakfast was a plus. Plenty options for food as well, as there are restaurants in the hotel as well as walking distance. Rooftop pool and bar are an added bonus; they had great views. "

While we were here we interacted several times with staff and they were always pleasant and kept asking if we needed anything. Not too often you run into this. "This was an excellent stay; Alma is a smaller hotel with a unique vibe. The room was furnished very nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very quite and clean. It was not beat up or worn out; everything had a high end and new feel. The rooftop patio and restaurant were great and the location is ideal in old San Juan. "This was the perfect place for our trip. We came to party, the room is right in the action! You can actually save money by drinking your own liquor/beer (in a plastic cup) from your room instead of buying outside. The room itself was marvelous, spacious and very comfortable.
