"I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. "This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h"

"La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable"

"Todo ok"

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Que la toallas no esten perjudicas. Lo sugeri en recepción. Todo lo demás.muy bien"

"Exellent service"

"Great location, friendly staff, good food available at the restaurant! Close to everything in town, we loved our short but sweet stay!"

"Hotel located in a busy area of Panajchel. Front desk was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good."

"Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. "

"The staff was great and everything was very clean. The hotel is near many restaurants and markets"
