"As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. "This place is easily the newest and highest-end hotel right in El Nido town. That cliffside pool is seriously insane. Some parts of the property are still finishing up construction, but the rooms have everything you need and are super comfortable.
Plus, there's a rooftop sauna-total paradise, highly recommend!"

"If you want a hotel right on the main strip and just off the beach, close to all the best bars, restaurants and other amenities ( laundry, pharmacy, massage, mini market) it doesn’t get much better than The Town. Our room was large, clean and well appointed and best of all the Staff were so cheerful and happy to help. "The room was ok. Do not book a Deluxe room because your window view is someone's backyard. There is no closet, only some metal shelves to hang your clothes. The in room safe is not bolted down so anyone could pick it up & take it. We tried to switch rooms with a better view & told there will be a fee. I took it and it turned out there wasn't 2 beds available so they turned the sofa to a bed. I was upset that I had to sleep on a sofa after paying extra so I declined it. We were moved to another...
