"LOVE LOVE this resort!!!!!! Most amazing owner and his family!!!!!!they were kind helpful in every way, The staff was the best !!!shoutout to ALEX in the restaurant but MOST OF ALL TO ANASTASIA !!! what a beautiful kind young lady. She was so good at helping us book our stay in Santorini and getting the Ferry . I can't say enough of these warm and kind people. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and it was an amazing trip. Love Greece"

"What a beautiful hotel!!
Even before we got there Nadia was in communication asking if there was anything they could help with to make our stay even more comfortable.
When we got there we met Nadia at check in so warm and welcoming. She noticed it was my birthday recently (hence the trip) and she upgraded us to an AMAZING room! Had a minor issue with the TV and Nadia managed to get it sorted within 5 minutes of reporting.

Although language barrier was sometimes tricky, we always found a way to communicate
Excellent communication systems, the hotel us a WhatsApp communication system in addition to the normal phone/in-person communication. This worked really well and responses were quick and helpful.
Organisation was excellent and all staff were well informed of plans make it a very stressless experience.

"The staff were outstanding. Top of the line customer service including registration, housekeeping, the restaurant, and beach services. Housekeeping came twice a day. The pool water was cold if the pool had a warmer, people would swim. The beach water was cold so make sure you pick the right time of the year, May is not it. The amenities on the website are misleading. There’s no spa on site. This was disappointing. Amenities includes the pool and beachfront only. No activities for entertainment....
