The room was clean. The check in lady was friendly and it all went smoothly. Location is great. We enjoyed sitting on the waterfront, and seeing turtles swimming. Parking was not an issue for us. The room has a ceiling fan, two stand up fans, and windows can open to bring fresh air in. My son used ...

Milton at the front desk was amazing! The entire bar and restaurant staff were wonderful as well. The hotel is in a great location if you want to walk and shop in Hilo as well.
