"It was very quiet and clean and Beautiful"

"Our family laughed about the review we'd leave after checking out. We decided to call it "no windows, no electricity, no water"! Perhaps is was the unit we were given for our family of 6 but there was no window to the outside (one faced a dark interior hallway). It felt like a dungeon! We were only staying one night so dealt with it but would not recommend this particular room (#25) to others if daylight is important to you. "No electricity, no water" occurred throughout the night - sounds like...

"L’hôtel est bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied de la Playa Hermosa. Le jardin extérieur est magnifique et bien entretenu et le staff est accueillant et gentil. Toutefois, les chambres sont très vieillottes et auraient besoin d’être rénovées au complet. Nous avons payé un surplus pour être déplacés dans une chambre supérieure avec un balcon car la chambre économique avait seulement une fenêtre donnant sur le corridor extérieur."

"Room was very clean. Staff in the 1 restaurant that was on site were amazing. Very run down resort!! We arrived on Sunday and asked daily to get HOT water in our shower by Thursday night we finally had warm water. Shower towels finally got switched out Thursday during cleaning. Pool towels were thread worn out. Strings hanging from them. If you want no frills in an all inclusive this would be it. Outside showers by the beach had zero water to them. Patio furniture, chase lounges...
