"Great for families"

"Great location with a short walk to the harbour area along a coastal promenade. The majority of staff were really nice. A big thank you to Nikki in Guest Relations for a warm welcome and friendly conversations during my stay. The breakfast staff were also great and attentive. "During the selection of the hotel, it was a selling point for me that the sauna and the steaming room were listed under the amenities of this property. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is a surcharge for using them. I believe that it is the example of the hidden fee when the hotel charges extra to profit from their guests. "For us the location was quiet but with suitable facilities near by. Restaurant for evening was functional & rooms are furnished minimalistically but ok. The hotel is surrounded by nice spacious grounds & stunning views. The staff were all great & although a refurbishment should be soon. We would stay again."
