"Great location and clean room… but all in all poor value for money. Amenities are meh and the property is quite old… I had multiple misunderstandings with the staff… laundry service I had to pay 60usd for a few t-shirts because they understood Express, also needed and extra night (after 7 nights booked) and they only offered me a room at double what I paid…. Staff did not care about the laundry misunderstanding and just charged me.. for that price, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Not coming...

"I loved this hotel. Modern and well located. I wish I had stayed here instead, it's much calmer and safer than Copacabana and it was fun to walk 20 min and take a ferry over to the city. The beaches outside of the hotel were just as nice though. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from the pool was unbeatable and the steam room was an unexpected bonus. Not a ton of restaurant options right near the hotel. "

"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"

"The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was included and was very convenient. The location was right in downtown and had easy access to food, shopping, and tourist spots."

"Came here for Carnaval, do it was a busy time of year. The property is situated in the middle part of the famous Copacabana Beach with short walk to the metro station. The check-in was easy and quick. We had a room on top of building with partial view of the beach. Christ the Redeemer was also visible through our windows. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom appears more dated. The rooftop bar was literally within 50 feet of our room. It provided an excellent view of the beach...

"The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! "

"Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked....

"The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice. The staff were generally friendly. There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators...
