"The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. Found a security guard who suggested I call the duty manager who was not on site - security guard let me in to room. Left after a few days while only ever having seen the security guard and occasionally someone on reception, who was not particularly helpful."

"The hotel was nice needed a little refurbishment. The staff made up for it been attentive and helpful. Was worth the money, security was good around the building. One young man lindo in particular very helpful. View of the harbour from my bedroom was amazing I was on the 18th flood of 23. Pool is on rooftop alongside the spa facilities very safe. "
