The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. "No realizan limpieza diaria de las habitaciones ni cambio de toallas que ya se encontraban bastante gastadas, el sistema de calefaccion a lass 4 de la mañana comienza a realizar muchos ruidos, y en el area donde nos toco hay una puerta de salida de emergencia para accesar y muy temprano la azotan muy frecuente, el personal muy amable y asistencia con el cuidado de maletas es genial, ubicacion centrica y segura"
