"We could not fault the hotel, the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Clara for her excellent restaurant recommendations, and for providing the additional armchair in our room. A great stay, thank you."

"Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...

"Lovely stay! Everything was great, from the checkin to the pool and bar on the roof. Only things was a fan making a humming noise outside the window and a bird started to chirp in the early morning but the lovely breakfast buffé made up for lack of high quality sleep ☺️"
"Very nice hotel that is perfect for a city break in Alicante due to its location. As well as the very nearby tourist places of interest, it is surrounded by dozens of fantastic restaurants and bars. Beaches can be walked to from the hotel but if you don't feel like walking there is a nearby taxi rank or you can ask the staff to help book for you. There are also lots of buses."
"We really enjoyed our stay at RS Boutique Apartments. The whole experience was a safe, clean and pleasant holiday. The app to access the apartment and facilities worked perfectly and made life easy.
The room was very well appointed with modern equipment with everything necessary for our stay.
The area surrounding the apartments felt safe, was great for shopping, photography opportunities, dining out etc.
We would definitely recommend and use again.

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten wie geplant abreisen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für euren Einsatz. "
