"What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla."

"This property lacks staff, which makes unexpected situations difficult to resolve. For example, it has a lovely rear garden for guests' use. However, access to it is through a door which is locked or unlocked as guests remember. I was locked outside, by an inattentive hotel staff member no less, who locked the door from the interior without checking to see if anyone was outside. I was trapped in the garden for 45 minutes until another guest happened to come downstairs, saw me, and unlocked...

"Charming "Frenchiness", well preserved building with tasteful interior design; not "boutiqued". Well located in a lively neighborhood, still a quiet register once in the hotel. The attached Café also deserves credit, as a complement to the hotel per se. I'll repeat the selection when in Marseille again."

"We loved that from our room we could enjoy looking at a great view of the port and listening to live music playing at the restaurant next door. Staff were friendly and spoke English well. Excellent location. My husband appreciated the honesty bar in the lobby. "

"Boutique hotel well situated for train station in Marseille. Rooms are quite small but comfortable and the hotel has good facilities eg lounge and spa. Staff are incredibly efficient and friendly. My friend left a pair of trousers in the room when we departed after first night but when we returned several days later staff had retrieved them and they were waiting for her. "

"De kamer op de vierde verdieping met terras is prima en ruim. Je kan na de drukte van de stad in je kamer tot rust komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en laten je met rust. Het ontbijt is ruim van keuze. De ligging vinden wij goed, niet ver voor allerlei bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, en toch wel wat uit het drukke centrum. Het hotel was netjes, eens je de inkom aan de achterzijde voorbij bent kom je in een heel andere positieve sfeer."

"We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived a little early and the staff was happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. They said they were very full, so we had an upgraded room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed going out and relaxing on it. It was an unexpected bonus! We had the breakfast and it was very good, although if I had 1 critique, the hot items could have been warmer. But we still enjoyed it. Everything was very clean...
