"Nous n'avons pas pu profiter , car nous sommes arrivé tard dans la nuit a cause du tunnel du Gothard, nous avons juste dormi une nuit et pris le petit déjeuner. J'avais signalé deux adultes mais je n'avais pas signalé mon fils de 3 ans car ils dormaient avec nous dans même lit , la dame de la réception quand elle l'a vu, elle voulu quand même nous faire payer le nuit à 29€ pour le petit. Je lui ai demandé un geste commercial et elle a quand même appelé son responsable qui a accepté de ne pas...

"Hotelli on erittäin hyvin ylläpidetty. Huoneemme oli tilava ja kerrankin kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi tilaa myös omalle kosmetiikkalle. Näkymä parvekkeelta järvelle oli esteetön. Kylpylässä saimme elämämme parhaan hieronnan. Uima-altaalta oli myös upea järvi- ja vuorimaisema. Ainoana miinuksena on hotellin etäisyys lähikylästä (noin 15 minuuttia autolla).
