"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!"

"This is a beautifully decorated modern hotel situated in an ideal location for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the Dyson hair dryer. There was a great and varied breakfast buffet. The staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again!"

They were happy to answer any questions we had and offered recommendations to help enhance our experience while visiting Milan. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. Our host, Paulo, gets a special mention for always giving us his attention and assistance during our stay and also before we arrived by WhatsApp which was very reassuring. "Good hotel overall. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they are very particular on where you sit in the restaurant for breakfast though. Overall room was fine and the location is convenient to shopping and the cathedral. "

"Room was not equipped with glasses, only paper cups. The coffee machine was not emptied and we had to do that. It wasn’t easy to do. The elevator had a smell in it, the carpet needed to be shampooed. Staff were excellent. "
