"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"We arrived at Pisa airport late in the evening. It cost about 15 Euros to the accommodation by taxi. We moved to Florence next day so it was perfect for an overnight stay. "We only stayed one night. Our room was clean and worked well for us. There was a hot tub on a deck outside of our room. A little weird, but no one was in it while we were there. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They have valet parking, unfortunately the valet damaged our rental car, but fortunately we took the insurance. It is Italy!"
