"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. "Partiamo dalle noti dolenti....il personale quando e presente e molto molto educato e gentile...quando e presente però... perche e difficile da reperire... sarebbe meglio specialmente in piscina ci fosse più presenza....anche perché per bere bisognava andare a cercare il personale....le colazioni veramente scarse...2 torte qualche cornetto rigorosamente vuote colazione all'inglese e salata con prosciutto confezionato... il posto e incantevole ma lasciato un po andare con la manutenzione......

"Parking was easy on the premises for 20 Euros or there is a free public car park just across the small street and the hotel will help you with the luggage. A beautiful place to stay and they have a Pizza area and a formal restaurant. Both piece at 7pm. Both worth a try. The rooms are large and the staff very helpful. Breakfast is also very good."

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume. "Guiseppina, front of house, breakfast maker and server, and generally the go to person was superb. Rooms quite small but adequate. Very clean. Good breakfast ( not cooked), for €8. EXCELLENT coffee/ cappuccinos. Bit of a walk into centre of town - 10 to 15 mins. Lucca is a VERY picturesque city. Plenty to see and do. Lots of good restaurants. We booked a guided tour of city on our first full day. Started from Tourist Office. Worthwhile. Good train service to Pisa."
