"I went to use their laundry service. Put laundry in on a Thursday morning. Went to grab it on Friday and they told me that they don’t have workers on weekends so it won’t be done until Monday. You are a HOTEL, not a bank or government office!! What do you mean you don’t have that service on a weekend. That’s your busiest time!! The airline had lost my luggage and I was literally working with two outfits the whole week and couldn’t get them washed.
Also your beds are awful!!! The mattress slips...

"We literally had no idea we where coming into this level of accommodation’s.
The uber driver couldn’t even get us to the front entrance .
Once inside it was worse than a dorm room. This doesn’t even come close to the places we have consistently booked through Expedia: The neighborhood was a bit scary. Nowhere near what we have experienced from Expedia"
