Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Needs new carpet and updated bathrooms. Very convenient and safe area. Lacks hospitality. The front desk will NOT store your bags for even an hour or two before or after check in, if say, you have a later train or flight or get in early before check in. They have a room in the back, but they will not accommodate you. No hospitality. No graciousness.

The beds are comfy. The location is perfect. But anyone traveling to Paris knows you get stuck a lot of times with 4 to 5 hours to spare after 11am check out, prior to a flight or train. They WILL NOT store your roller bag for even a few hours post check out. THEY REFUSE. So you are stuck wasting hours in the lobby post check out or being the American making the roller suitcase sound, sweating, and being hated by all Parisians. I chose the former. Every hotel should allow at least a few hours of grace regarding baggage check. It's sunny out, I could be at Musee Orsay, but instead I am watching my bags as I await a 4pm train to London. Sad state of service.

Very old facilities needing renovation. Reception overall not bad but one person was rude. The only good thing is it is close to Metro.

Toilet and bath tub were at two ends of the room. Hotel room smelled abnoxious and absolutely zero ventilation 5 stars for location as there are many restaurants and grocery shops but other. Than location absolutely not worth the money

The hotel was in a convenient locaions and easy metro ride (2 very close) from sightseeing opportunies. It was on a major street and noisy during the day. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

It’s an old building, clean, big room and no AC! I don’t know how I missed that as I was reading the hotel reviews. If it’s spring or winter, a fan and an open window would most likely do. But I wonder during the summertime? The location is a plus.

The floor felt like we were going to fall through it. There wasn’t a shower, just a bath. There were fans in the closet but no air conditioning. We left the windows open for air but the noise outside was so loud we had to close it.

El hotel está accesible ya que cuneta con líneas de metro y bus cercanas, hay restaurantes de todo tipo a los alrededores y de todos los precios. En cuanto a limpieza, la almohadas olían a humedad, pedimos cambiarlas y el personal nos apoyó en eso. la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, solamente un ventilador de pedestal, por suerte el clima estuvo con bajas temperaturas por la noche lo que nos permitió dormir bien. El servicio del personal nada más bien, como en casi todos los lugares de Francia, el personal no se esmera mucho por el buen servicio.

Sinceramente la camera troppo troppo piccola per i.soldi che si pagano ,la pulizia direi mancante ,tappeti pieni di polvere ,come comodini ,bagno con un odoro forte e le tende...meglio non parlare ,come porte mezze spaccate e spoche e muri visibilmente che cascano . Capisco che magari la struttura non e nuova e lo spazio non permette molto ma se non posso aprire una valigia e non si puo stare in piedi in due ,uno lo vorrei sapere e due vorrei pagare per tale servizio non per un servizo di 2 stelle che non essiste,e poi forse dei belli mobili ,tende nuovi e puliti sarebbero graditi visto che sicuramente di soldi ne prendono abbastanza ,se posso dare un consiglio visto lo stato attuale del.hotel si dovrebbere focalizzare sulla pulizia /semplicita e cose nuove e di qualita . La posizione e ottima verramnate e il personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile ,unica nota positiva . Non abbiamo mai fatto colazione in hotel quindi su quello non posso dare una mia opinione.

We had a nice stay. It was a good location. The room we stayed in was generally quite worn and in need of an upgrade. Among other things, right outside in front of the bathroom door there was a hole under the carpet. But luckily we just had to sleep there.

Compact room in a small hotel with attached toilet and bathroom. Has a lift so no need to carry your luggages several floors. Several food options around and the metro is just few meters away. Need to pay tourist tax separately.No kettle in the room which is a basic thing to provide. Room has a large heater, nice bed and blanket.

2分のところにメトロの駅があります(コンコルドまで行く路線)。私はルーブル、凱旋門、エッフェル塔まで歩きました(1時間くらい)。モンマルトルの丘、サンクレール寺院までは20分。北駅まで25分。近くにスーパー、カフェ等あります。 立地やホテルの内容に対しての相場が分かりませんが、駅近でシャワーのある部屋のところで出来るあるだけ安価…ここにしました。部屋は正直綺麗ではありません。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりをしていない、近くの預かってくれるところを探してくれとのこと。パリでは普通なのか、時間がありましたが早々に北駅へ移動、不便だと感じました。

This hotel served exactly my needs. I was looking for a hotel with a good bed and shower for a normal price. Although it was old and some parts good use some maintenance, it was fine for me.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, da es 2 nahegelegene Metro-Stationen von 2 Linien gibt und nur 3 Stationen vom Gare de l'Est entfernt ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Rezeption ist 24 Std. besetzt. Unser sehr kleines Zimmer entsprach einem 2-Sterne-Haus, da darf man nicht allzuviel erwarten, das Bett war sehr okay, das Bad relativ alt und in entsprechendem Zustand. Das Frühstück für 12 Euro war gut. Leider gab es für die Koffer nach dem Checkout keine Aufbewahrungs-möglichkeit mehr. Also mussten wir ein Schließfach am Bahnhof mieten. Das Hotel liegt in einem lebhaften Viertel, schlafen bei offenem Fenster geht eher nicht. Es gab ein Klimagerät im Zimmer, welches wir jedoch nicht benutzt haben. Preis-Leistung passt, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat und sich nur zum Schlafen und Duschen im Hotel aufhält. Ich würde es wieder buchen

Hôtel situé dans un très beau quartier à 10 mn de la gare st Lazare , bel hall d’accueil et jolie salle de petit dejeuner.bon petit déjeuner . C’est bien tout car une chambre dans un état déplorable, avec une salle de bain à fuir vieux carrelages cassés, lunettes de toilettes cassée, joints de douche salle porte accordéon démontée papier peint et moquette salle etc etc ! Les propriétaires de l’hôtel n’y dormiraient certainement pas !!!! Bref,honteux et cerise sur le gâteau , nous n’avons pas pu laisser nos valises le lendemain matin en dépôt !!??? Avons dû retourner à st lazare pour trouver une consigne ….. également inexistante dans une si grande gare ?!? La personne a l’accueil de l’hôtel nous a affirmé nous l’avoir dit la veille , faux !!! Nous sommes deux à ne pas l’avoir entendu ! Bref nul pour un hôtel dans une capitale, aucun service même la mini bouteille d’eau vous est vendue 1,80€ ….. le tourisme et son accueil à la française ….nous n’y retournerons pas ! On est mieux servi à l’étranger ou chez soi !!

Won’t stay here again!
Being new to France and I asked to use the phone call my flight due to issues and the front desk staff was not kind about it. He stated that he doesn’t want me to hold up the phone like. Phone in my room did not work. The room was way too small and the bed was not the most comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.
