The hotel was delightful. Our stay was all we could have asked for. The staff was super helpful, and we’d love to get back there.

Fabulous in every way. It could easily be classed as 5 stars rather than 4. Wonderful staff, quiet location but 15 mins in a taxi from most places.

Absolutely lovely quiet place 15 minutes from Arc de triumphs with great rooms, amenities, staff and buffet breakfast ! A total delight and peaceful refuge from the super noisy and busy airport and train station !

Wonderful staff, very warm helpful, delicious breakfast if you needed help the staff was there to help you at a moment's notice beautiful clean rooms very nice spacious bathroom just a wonderful place to stay highly recommended, wonderful location beautiful neighborhood. We will stay here again and again. Location is ideal it's close enough to the main attractions of Paris but it is still in a part of town that feels very French and not touristy.

I was extremely happy with my birthday booking, rooms were extremely cleans and gorgeous luxury interior. Staff were always polite, happy and always willing to help. I would recommend and definitely stay again. Close links to transport, landmark areas and felt overall safe in the hotels location. View is beautiful from the little balcony, could see the Eiffel Tower. Again I loved this place!

This was our second stay at HB. They recently renovated tastefully and have preserved the old world charm. The bed was very comfortable and the new windows help block out the sound of the city overnight. The breakfast was delicious. There is a transport centre 5 min walk away, several small supermarkets and many cafes. The only improvements I can think of is to add a few english language channels to the TV. e.g. BBC, CNN. Also add USB outlets for phone charging near the bedside tables for phone charging (seems standard in many hotels now)

Personal was very friendly, attentive and provided local restaurants tips. Breakfast was qualitative and the lobby very nicely decorated. Rooms were comfortable, decorated with taste and relaxing with a coffee/tea machine and big (functioning) flat screen TV. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel has an elevator, which is also nice to have in Paris. Ideally located to a metro station.

Amazing time here - would definitely recommend

My friend and I came here in June and had an amazing time! The staff were kind and accommodating, the room was excellent, the beds were so incredibly comfortable and warm, and the view from our room was lovely. I loved the breakfast and the snacks they provided! The location was also perfect as well - a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and a really close bus stop and metro station will allow you to get basically anywhere. The shops nearby the hotel are great too, and we would highly recommend exploring the area nearby. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and the high quality of everything - the room, bathroom, and cleanliness - made our stay 5 stars.

This is my second stay at the hotel and it was fantastic again! I booked for my Mum's 60th Birthday trip and the hotel was the perfect choice. We had an amazing room overlooking the Eiffel Tower - it was so special to wake up to this every day and watch it sparkle at night. The room is light and has everything you need, the hotel is immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a 2 minute walk from the Metro so super easy to make your way around Paris. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be booking when I next return to Paris!

The hotel is nice. The room was good. We only spent one night but we could hear someone above us walking very loudly. One of the men at the front desk gave us a list of restaurants as “suggestions” when we asked. The list wasn’t updated (1 of them was closed) and another was too crowded & loud. They should ask what kind of vibe guests are looking for. Usually on vacation one is looking to relax and be pampered so there should be recommendations for elegant restaurants too. We looked around on our own & were lucky to get the last table at a lovely restaurant nearby.
