DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER. We got in around midnight. I should have known when there was a flight of steps to the "reception" area. The place was stinky and the noise from inside & out was horrible. We got up at 6:30am grabbed our luggage and wandered the city with 4 suitcases rather than stay another minute.

Do Not Stay Here -worst hotel experience in 40 yr

I stayed for no more than 10 mins. The state of this place, the condition of the room, ablutions and bed we awful. The hotel was shabby with dust and paint splatters everywhere. It smelt of smoke. The hallway lights only swicthed on for seconds leaving me you use my phone torch to find the room. The room was tiny with a very small double bed (1 & 3/4 size at best). The bed was made with blankets and sheets and no real pillows, the blankets were dirty and covered in hair. The shower and toilet dark, dank and not clean. This was hugely disappointing and resulted in me paying for an alternative hotel for the night.

Hygiène douteuse.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Mais son manque d'entretien et l'état d'hygiène et de vétusté des lieux ne force pas à la recommandation. La télécommande était tellement sale que je l'ai nettoyer moi-même avant de la toucher. La douche avec des traces de moisissures...le papier toilette mouillé...pas de serviette ou même de tapis de sol. Bref... trop cher pour ça.

Vraiment je sais pas comment je vais commencer mais on va commencer comment ça se passer et du coup ça commence avec des manques de respect qui le mec il a pas trouvé Ma réservation et que je devais appeler Hotel.com pour que le un Rappels et comme ça le mec il prend la pelle la peine de chercher ma réservation Breff on arrivons bien sur l’accueil ça a été tellement chaleureux vraiment le mec on dirait des réceptions on dirait que il m’accueille chez lui genre il me parle de où il prend les gens de haut Breff et je voulais inviter un peu un ami à moi il est j’ai dit je suis allé le voir je lui dis et je vais inviter un ami à moi et du coup MEHDI OK on arrivant il m’a dit bah non t’as pas le droit j’ai dit tu m’as dit OK elle m’a dit non c’est ma loi qu’il marche comme ça ici lui OK Eau je voulais aller manger je lui ai dit il m’a dit oh écoute à partir de deux heures la porte est fermée et on est pas en prison de toutes les cages laisser la clé je suis parti je revenu à 6h du matin ensuite on rentrant à la chambre j’ai trouvé toutes mes affaires sans fouiller dedans vraiment c’est la honte on est en 2022 on voit des trucs comme ça vraiment et alors là je vous raconte pas vraiment la saleté là Luder le vraiment la catastrophe la catastrophe vraiment

Hostel standards

For the price I didn't have high hopes, but as a single female traveller I would never recommend staying here. The location is good for the train stations but apart from that I felt very unsafe walking around. It is better than a hostel since at least you have a toilet and a shower head off the sink in your room. For a back packer it would be fine but would never recommend for business or vacation.

Cela c’est très mal passé, la réception assez culottée pour raccrocher au nez des clients à 2 reprise en plus. Pas de confort dans les chambres, niveaux hygiènes tout à revoir clairement moi même travaillant dans le même milieu professionnel.

Ne devrait même plus être un hôtel, tellement c’est vétuste. Couvre lit et draps brûlés par des cigarettes. Draps sentant le fumée de cigarettes. Douche impraticable 0,60m2. Pommeau de douche cassé. Porte de séparation cassée.

200€ pour une nuit dans une petite chambre sans oreiller, avec une salle de bain + toilettes de 1 mètre carré et le robinet d'eau froide qui ne fonctionne pas. Un rapport qualité prix absolument scandaleux. C'était plutôt propre mais c'est vétuste, mal équipé
