Perfect location to stay for any reason your trip may be. We spent 8 days here and found it to be centrally located to everything needed as tourists interested in checking out museums, restaurants, and night life, from all over town.

Staff was friendly and kind. Very easy to walk everywhere. We shopped around the area, great cafe’s and bars everywhere. We walked to Notre dam, the Eiffel Tower and back one day. Just a stunning area. The wallpaper decor in the rooms is beautiful. Would stay again with our toddler. Only downside was no shampoo or conditioner provided and upstairs renters were very loud in high heels on wood floor late at night.

I love the quirky colors patterns very Parisian. I loved the small balcony with the floor ceiling, doors windows that open, letting in the hustle and bustle of a active Parisian area with not much traffic traffic once you close the doors it was very quiet water pressure in the showers was excellent Air conditioning was very cool. Made it nice for cuddling only one thing I wish they had at least one channel in English to get the news and weather overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. However, the en-suite was only suitable for children and jockies and there is no fire escape which may be a bit illegal in 2025 EU.

Marais Nice Hotel de Nice

In the center og Marais. Best quarter in Paris. Hotel with more colours than You can imagine. You smile as You come and You smile when You go. Good service. A little bit noisy...but You are in the center of Paris. What to expect else. The roome are not big but what they dont have in size they have in charm. It is almost and art hotel. We loved it. Cute. Quirky. Vintage. Authentic. This hotel was a fun stay. And the location was perfect. Les Halles is an amazing neighborhood and the hotel is close to the train and metro stops.

The Hotel de Nice is a gem in the heart of Paris. The location on the Rue de Rivoli is unbelievably central, yet the hotel is quiet and calm within. The rooms are relatively small, but clean and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (10 euros) is well worth it, delicious croissants and tartines served in a beautiful dining room. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the Marais.

This is a unique property. We loved it. The decor is beautifully Parisian, the manageress' are lovely and very helpful. It is in a great area and is excellent value. It is surrounded by restaurants and independent shops selling all sorts of interesting items. The transport links are good too although we were able to walk to pretty much anywhere in the city centre. We hope to return there in the future.

There is no safe. The cost of continental breakfast is too high and should be included in the room cost. Breakfast not early enough. Hand held shower head too loose. Only one English speaking TV channel (BBC). Coffee should be free during the day. Otherwise, great location, lots of cafes nearby, and nicely quiet at night.
