Below standard for a 4 star hotel

For a fairly new hotel it was tired, bathroom was damaged with a hole in the wall, shower fixings not attached, no double bed, just two singles pushed together and air conditioning turns off after 2 minutes. The only positive is the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Door contact/key card was not working due to dead batteries which could not be change till 9am in the morning. Additional tax were not explained prior check in, only found out after check out. Otherwise, Staff were helpful and breakfast was decent.

Functional hotel out of town in commercial zone

Arrived Saturday night for rugby world cup. Checking easy. But, it was 2000 and the bar was shut. No tv (except in the room and that was almost impossible to change channels. No obvious open bars or eateries near, V attractive looking McDonalds but no TV. Walked for 20mins and found great restaurant with TV and the best steak I've had in years. Le Grandel. Public Transport from the hotel is by bus which is on the doorstep but it's a long ride to most places.

Horrible Experience

This place was a nightmare to stay, there was no working ac in our room, we were able to get a room with working ac by after 11pm at night and we checked in by 6pm. I would never stay at this property or this chain again.

What did ruin this for me was the deposit 150 eur when we got there. The bar staff was absolutely shocking. We were a bit scared to ask for beer as the bar staff was terrible. They need to change their attitude. Will never book there again

Great option if you’re attending an event at stade de France, otherwise it’s pretty far from the city and traffic will make the commute time quite significant. The room was decent, i felt safe, the accommodations and amenities were pretty minimal. Perfect option if you’re traveling internationally and on a budget.

When we arrived they had no room for us we had to wait for one to be cleaned it was 2 hours after check in the bar and room service was closed on weekends we had to leave a £350 security deposit which was more than the stay cost us when checking out I was advised it would go straight back on to my card as we didnt even eat there theybhave taken £42 from my card with no notification what it is for I am waiting for a response from the hotel

Terrible approach how we have to pay a deposit to stay in a hotel in 2024 asked for extra € but then to be refunded 2-7 days… first time ever seen this rule. 8 euros per person tax € euro car park fee … i should warn people to read every little print with this company to avoid further chargers…!

The property manager was only available for a few hours on certain days, making them largely inaccessible. 3.
