Really nice hotel boutique, great service, everything looks well taken care of. The neighborhood is really nice and feels safe. Walking distance from the Arch de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées avenue. The breakfast is worth the money to have a convenient and relaxed alternative.

Nice updated property perfectly situated to most major sites, most close to the Arc de Triomphe. Staff extremely helpful and good use of English. Clean property with an elevator. Would recommend.

Convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro stations. The neighborhood is also very safe, and I don’t feel any uncomfortable walking from the station back to hotel after midnight. Very friendly staff. Book the suite and it’s beyond my expectations for the price.

The property is nice and quiet. Is very near 2 subway stations. You can get easily to the arc of the triumph by footh. The personnel of the hotel is very kind and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean and has a lot of natural light. As it is a boutique hotel every room os different and has it own personality. I had a problem with a prevoius reservation that was solved immediately. I will definitely come back again to this hotel.

Great Service Good Location

The hotel’s location is close to the M1 metro station, many cafes and patisseries, and Arc de Triumph. All within a 10 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. The staff service was excellent. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the top floor room required us to climb two flights of stairs above where the elevator stopped and that the coffee maker was not working. The next morning the hotel manager volunteered to move us to another nicer room on a lower floor. They had our luggage moved by the time we returned from site seeing. Could not ask for better service.

Staffs are friendly. Beds are comfortable. Location is further than from what I would prefer. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the popular shopping area. Although there are some restaurants and grocery stores close by. One complaint is that the apps on smart TV are not able to connect even one of the staffs came in and tried. Another TV couldn’t work. It’s not big deal for us but I am sure some family would really appreciate it.

I’m very disappointed with our recent stay here at Hotel Residence Foch which really affected our overall vacation experience. I rarely write a comment but I’m so dissatisfied hence the comment. This is my second time in Paris and 3rd hotel I’ve stayed at in Paris and by far the worse. The other 2 hotels I stayed are true 5-start hotels. This one is not a 4-star. First of all, the pictures do not justify the actual condition of the room that we booked - superior double/twin room. We stayed there for 5-nights in Mid- July. We traveled with our 2 1/2 year old daughter. When we checked in staff were friendly and we got in our room we already noticed the air conditioning was not working. Not only that but we can barely fit in the hallways with our luggages. The room itself is literally a bed with very narrow walk way around the room and a bathroom that’s it. No seating area at all. We asked to have the A/C to be fixed but all they said is it’s centralized and they have adjusted the thermostat already but it’s obvious the temperature stayed the same. We called about this a few times with no resolution. We also called to be moved to another room but were told that they are fully booked and if we want a bigger room that we have to pay extra $400 more per night. We pre-paid for our full 5-nights and had we not done we would’ve left to another hotel. But we settled because it’s inconvenient to have to pack our things and move again with a toddler and we also traveled with my in-laws.

The Hotel is in a nice and quiet zone near 2 subway stations. The room is big and with natural light. The personal is very kind and helpful. We spent 6 nights and the first night the room was very cold because the calefaction didnt work it was fixed the next day but the we couldnt use the air conditioner only calefaction. The room wasn't clean as expected there were a lot of dust in the towel warmer and in the foldable bed. Also in the corners of the room there was a lot of dust and human hair not from us. We are returning next monday and we expect not having this issues again. We also are in our 10th anniversary and they didn't even have a minimum detail with us. In the front desk they told us we should have told them but we did in the form they send before check in.

Uncomfortable Nights Due to Inadequate A/C

During my recent stay at Residence Foch, I encountered significant issues with the air conditioning system. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, and the A/C couldn't be adjusted to a cooler setting. While the system wasn't broken, its inability to be changed made it impossible to create a comfortable sleeping environment. As a result, I had to sleep with the window open, which led to a lot of noise from the street disrupting my sleep. The noise from nearby partying and street activity woke us multiple times throughout the night, further impacting our rest. On a positive note, the hotel itself is nice, the staff is friendly, and the room service is excellent. However, the inflexible A/C system and the resulting noise issues significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the comfort for future guests.

I was in Paris for 5 days and this hotel was a last minute decision as I decided to extend my trip. I would not recommend staying here, the staff is unhappy. When I was checking in the receptionist was rude and told me he reserved a taxi for the airport but then I later came to find out that the taxi was not reserved. I will give kudos to the 2 evening receptionists, a woman and a man, who helped me reserve a last minute taxi. Overall, I will say that there are nicer hotels in better areas in Paris, I’m not sure how this hotel has 4 stars.
