I was staying in that property twice. First time everything was fine. I continued my European tour and returned to Paris three weeks later. I tried to book this property in my hotel in Caen, and there was not good network available, so by mistake I book it to wrong day. I didn´t notice that until in Paris on the way to hotel. I contacted Expedia, and ask them to change the date. I got answer, that in the hotel they could do it. They didn´t. I asked in reception could it be possible to use that booking I had made wrong to the night I was staying there. No way. I needed some place to stay anyway, so I booked room for the night, but I had to pay the price on the list, which was more expensive than in Trivago. Then, following morning I asked to have breakfast. I was ready to pay what needed. There was two young guys in the reception. They said if I had cash, I could have breakfast. I didn have cash, only card. They said Sorry, not possible. They couldn´t start computer and internet that was needed for the payment terminal (card reader). Maybe they didn´t know the password of the computer. So I didn´t have breakfast. I should say very poor service. Because all of this, I don´t recommend this property for anyone. Please, don´t go there. There´s other good places to stay in Paris available, for sure. Other Ibis hotels I was staying during my trip service was very good and comfortable, for example in Vienna.
