The property is between terminal 1 and the terminal 2 complex via the automated CDGVAL tram, so that it only takes 15 minutes to get to the checkin desks at terminal 1. The rooms are serviceable and the hotel restos adequate, and the price fairly reasonable. So it is easy to turn in one's rental car at the end of the trip - if one rented at the airport - and spend the night and have peaceful entrance to checkin the next morning without worrying about Paris traffic or strikes on the RER B

Scratches on the sink, floor and wall. Bed extremely uncomfortable as well as pillow. Very low quality room. Air conditioning was broken. Room was tiny, hardly enough room to turn around. Went to Le Terrace restaurant and left right away as smelled very bad, like fish had gone off. Very hot and uncomfortable in restaurant. Italian restaurant was very good.

Within easy walking distance to Terminal 3 of the Paris CDG airport. Very tiny room but clean and efficiently set up.

When we arrived we had to pay €10 more to get coffee in the room. That supposedly included an upgraded room with better bed linens and pillows. The pillows were awful - misshapen and lumpy. The coffee was just two pods. The bathroom door handle was falling off. So we were not pleased with the upgrade as and felt like we were tricked into it.

Where to begin. First off, upon arrival after check in time, we were told our room type we pre-booked and paid for through Expedia wasn't available and they wouldn't know when it would be. We accepted another room that was so dreadfully small, we couldn't pass each other without one person sitting on the bed. And the beds, two single, that my feet hung over and had a plastic sheet that trapped the heat and moisture. The room was unbearably hot,vehicle advertising air conditioning, it absolutely did not have any. We didn't sleep at all. We needed water and asked for a paper cup or glass at the front desk and where told no. They couldn't offer us any. Despite having several restaurants. We asked for a steamer or iron, they told us we needed to bring our clothes down to a room in the lobby to use???? No coffee in room or kettle. We should have booked a hostel and had a better stay.

Lorsque j’ai réservé, il était indiqué que cet hôtel est équipé de climatisation mais à l’heure du coucher il faisait très chaud et nous avons réalisé que ça me fonctionnait pas. J’ai tenté d’appeler la réception mais personne n’a répondu alors après 5 minutes d’attente au téléphone je suis descendu pour me faire dire que la clim n’est pas en fonction car l’été n’est pas commencé…🤔Nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit des avions qui décollent toutes les 5 minutes. Pour ajouter l’insulte à l’injure, à notre arrivée on nous a proposé une chambre plus confortable contre un supplément de 10€, ce que nous avons accepté, donc non seulement ils n’ont pas livré les services affichés au départ, mais ils nous ont convaincu de leur donner plus d’argent… je trouve ces pratiques franchement malhonnêtes.

Wow, our stay here was terrible. It was honestly just one night, to catch a flight the next day, but if I would have known how this hotel was I'd have booked somewhere else. The hotel location is good since you're in the airport, but besides that, there's not much more good to talk about. The check-in was very impersonal, but I told myself that it was okay. When we got to the room, it was very hot, looked kind of old and dirty, but we worked with what we had. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, only one clean. The beds were a disaster, it was just a cot & mine had bedbugs!! Its been years since I've had to deal with something like that, I felt the bugs having an bite out of me and I had hives throughout my body. I was going to complain, but I decided to just make it through that night to be able to get home. The next day we went down to the breakfast buffet, what a nightmare! Not only is it very limited, everything is cold, even the eggs! Lots of pastries, few cereals, but the basics of eggs & ham and the likes, seemed to prepared very early and by 7:30AM they were as cold as ice. I honestly had some juice and fruits given that scenario and left. Check-out was okay, staff member could have been more patient with my French, just as I had to be with his English. Anybody that speaks more than one language should be treated with patience & respect, because most of the time they are thinking & translating in their heads before speaking. I definitely will not be coming back!

The staff were very courteous and efficient.. everything was clean . My only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very efficient making my room uncomfortably warm. It is in a great location for access to the airport and trains.
