The front desk was very short staffed. When dozens of people are checking in and out of the hotel at 11 AM, they should have more staff available. It was chaos both times.

ibis Paris CDG Airport
As an airport hotel it was very quiet. The PIA pizza place was fantastic. Finding the shuttle train in the airport was a challenge so my advice if you arrive at the airport going to the hotel determine your path through CDG to the CDGVAL shuttle.
