"Staff was very good. The breakfast and bar service was above average. However, for 5 of my 7 day face cloth and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room was non existant. On my fifth day my A/C was dripping water and pots had to be strategically placed so water did not fall on the floor. A technician did come in to fix it and he was somewhat successful. "It's a small hotel. . Small pool. Absolutely no night life. One Bar that closes at 930pm. All inclusive isn't really a thing... You can only eat at certain times and specific food. No room service or excursions. Very calm hotel"
