"The Inn was exactly as advertised. The owner and staff were available and friendly and offered suggestions along with some local history. It was a wonderful home base for our time at Mammoth Cave NP."

"Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay.
There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

"I asked for an adjoining room & Ashley at the front desk saw to that. She was very helpful & friendly.
The room was clean, bed & bedding comfortable & the elevators were fast!"

"The fee for the continental breakfast was exorbitant for what you already paid for the stay and not what it says on the website. The fee for the “buffet” was 14 dollars and was less food and choice’s then you get for free anywhere else.
The restaurant was an open area in the lobby, which was also the bar, and only 50 percent of the menu was available."
