"I stayed here for the F1 weekend with some friends and unfortunately our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the price or the photos online. "The room was excellent and clean, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great location with tram stop just a few steps away. Generally quiet despite being located on a main road. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working, and construction noise a couple of doors away meant no Saturday or Sunday sleep in past 745am.

"Always enjoy my stay here. The beds are super comfy and the pillow selection is great. The rooms are very quiet although if you are backed onto the lane way their can be some early unloading for goods for the restaurants near by. But I am assuming this isn't often. The staff are very friendly too. It's conveniently located just at the top end of China town so only a short stroll into the CBD and who can say no to a free beverage at 5pm! Also great restaurants close by. Has become a regular stay...
